The challenge

Real-estate companies in Egypt run across many branches with commission-driven sales teams — and manage all of it on spreadsheets. Attendance arrives on WhatsApp, commission gets argued about every month, and nobody can reconstruct what last March actually looked like.

Our approach

   Started from the real workflow — agents checking in from the field with a photo and a location, managers approving leave, finance settling commission — not from a features list.

   Drew a hard line around the arithmetic: Rakeez records the figures a company's accountant is responsible for and never derives them. The payroll sheet does one calculation — net minus deductions equals payable — and says so to customers in writing before they sign.

   Made the record effective-dated end to end, so re-opening March in July returns March's salary, shift, and team rather than today's.

   Designed one bilingual, right-to-left system across an admin panel, an employee self-service panel, and a Flutter app on iOS and Android.

The outcome

Rakeez runs attendance across shifts that cross midnight, settles commission on its own earned-due-paid clock, prints Arabic contracts from the customer's own Word template, and takes hiring from a job post to an application through a public feed on the client's site. Nine reports export to Excel as numbers that actually sum, and every employee carries their pay, leave, documents, and check-ins in the app.
